Safety in the Community
Our PSHE and Personal Development curriculum allows pupils to regularly reflect on their own personal safety as well as safety in the community. It is a progressive curriculum that builds on prior knowledge but challenges and asks pupils to reflect. The intention behind this curriculum is to build resilient, confident and sensible pupils that can make accurate, informed and just decisions in the wider community.
We take a 3-prong approach to safety at Kings Hill, getting pupils to think about safety in different relationships, safety in different environments and personal safety.
