Pop-Up Shop

Thank you everyone for supporting our Pop-Up Shop yesterday – the TED team worked hard to set up the hall and thought hard about the presentation of their shop to entice customers in.

The shop was organised into different sections and price points were carefully thought about. Monies raised so far totals £245 with further donations still coming in. This will be split between OXFAM and the school. OXFAM supported our learning about charity shops and how they are run, as well as informing us about the niches different charities have. For example, OXFAM focuses on water, sanitation and hygiene products.

The whole event was part of our school’s Personal Development programme and Ambition Project, focusing on additional activities that promote enterprise and qualities such as leadership, resilience and confidence.
