Brilliant job by school football team!

This Tuesday saw the first Kings Hill football fixture for our team, and what a match it was!

Miss Linnane had done a wonderful job in training and preparing the children, who held the very experienced East Borough team to a 2-2 draw!  The whole team played extremely well, and really demonstrated resilience and determination as they kept going in the fading light!

A particular mention must go to Finlay and Kenzie as goal scorers, and our two goal keepers Hudson and Alex, who defended our position so well. 

Also - thank you for supporting the children, and please do watch out for further matches, it really is exciting stuff!  We are going to order a Kings Hill sports strip for all children playing in teams. We intend to continue entering many more sporting fixtures and tournaments in the next terms to come.  So, please do encourage your child to get involved.
