Walk on Wednesdays

As both parents and pupils had asked for improvements, we signed up to take part in the KCC Walk on Wednesday scheme to support both the health and wellbeing of our pupils/parents but will also help to reduce congestion in our school car park.  The initiative is going from strength to and we now have an average of 150 children walking into school each week.

Walk on Wednesday’s (WOW) is a county scheme and each week we will upload how many pupils have walked, entering us into local and county level competitions/awards. The attached pamphlet has been produced by KCC and explains in more detail the benefits this scheme will have on our pupils and the local community.
